Problem solved
MyGeek recently solved emergency computing problems for Fellrath Dental after receiving a call that a server went down. The situation was assessed immediately. In order to reduce costs, the server was repaired and hard drive redundancy (RAID) was implemented to lessen the chances of data loss in the future. In addition, thanks to MyGeek’s ability to think through the office workflow and needs, Dr. Fellrath’s staff now has remote access to office data via a secure VPN (virtual private network).
